Country Club Trust Company, n.a. is an independent national bank and is affiliated with:
- Country Club Bank in Kansas City and Cass County, MO and Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth Counties, KS
- Platte Valley Bank with locations in Platte, Clay and Clinton Counties, MO
These banks maintain themselves as separate, locally-owned financial institutions.
Each of the banks operated separate Trust Departments prior to the establishment of Country Club Trust Company. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency granted its approval to establish the Trust Company in 2001, and Country Club Trust Company officially opened its doors on March 8, 2002. The separate trust business of each owner-bank was transferred to the Trust Company in 2002.
